My goal is to obtain a career that will allow me to help people. I 've always taken joy in the nurturing and care of others, therefore I will pursing a career that aligns well with those qualities. Careers such as a registered nurse, or a psychologist of some sort definitely intrigue me, specifically the aspect of these fields that deals with children. Working as a child psychologist, a NI CU nurse, or a pediatric nurse would be a dream come true. Helping to nurture and take care of children is very rewarding in and of itself, although it would be amazing if I could make a career out of it.
My career goal is to become a lawyer in the Juvenile Court System, my goal is to be able to help children in anyway I can. I feel that children are always misunderstood and that all they need is a little bit of guidance to be able help them. I want to take charge and clean up the streets by first giving back to my community. By giving back I want to first open up a homeless shelter for women and children. This shelter will allow women who are living on the streets with their children to come and stay in a shelter until they able to get something on their own.
Doing what I love and being able to support myself and loved ones is important to me. I am a very independent person and I like to do things my way. I like to set individual goals everyday, whether that means doing my homework before a certain time, or completing something for the week. They help me get my work done on time and efficiently.
The reasons why I am attending college Personally, I decided to go to the college because my parents always taught me that a higher-education could offer me a better life. I attended an extraordinary high school in Italy but I wanted to continue my education here in Miami. Life has its twists and turns, but my overall life goal is simple, help others. I want to make an impact on others life, even if it is a small change. For instance, being able to hold a pencil is the difference between a student being able to graduate from Kindergarten and not be able to continue on to first grade. Being a Pediatric occupational therapist will help me make an impact on children at a very young age. Even small changes can have a large impacts, which is why I want to be that change for others.
I want to become a teacher because I was inspired by my hig school teacher when I was a learner, so I want to inspire my learners as the way my hig school teacher did to me. I want to become a positive role model to all my children because same children they don’t have a good background about how important education is, so I like to change that and gives them positive information and confidence about education. Attending college wasn’t an obligation of mine but a choice that I took. My reasons are probably just like everyone else’s at my age. I wanted a better life for myself in the future that didn’t involve living paycheck by paycheck. Obtaining a college degree has such a strong influence on one’s life.
