Holding successful interpersonal interaction is often a lot more complex than many people assume. While many people can communicate with nearly anyone, doing it productively and using appropriate interpersonal communication skills requires proper preparation and confidence (Solomon and Theiss 127). It is surprising how often many people fail to really talk effectively to other people while thinking they usually get it right.
