Why Is Grieving Family Important

Support is helpful. When someone lost a family member, they may feel a need to connect with others who understand what grief is about, someone who have suffered a similar loss, and who know what sorrow feels like. At a time when it may be difficult for a family to feel comfortable in their usual social setting, being around people who have experience grief is a safe place to interact. The grieving family can express feelings without the fear of being judged, and ask questions and get answers from others whose experiences may be similar to their own. Everyone listens to the other freely and sharing stories of loss also. No one knows the pain of loss as well as someone else who also have experience it, too. We find ourselves on the giving end,
