North Carolina was the first state to make the law of transgender being able to use public restrooms in public buildings and schools. This law should have been made because everyone is human no matter the skin tone, race, gender, appearance and furthermore. Not accepting a person for their appearance is discrimination because it does not make them any less of a person. Letting transgender use the restroom according to the gender they were born with show that there is no discrimination against a person appearance, that there is equality, and keeps from chaos.
Showing that there is no discrimination against a person appearance creates togetherness. A person appearance do not describe what they feel and really are in the inside letting transgender use the gender restroom they were born to use make them no less than a man or a woman because that is who they were born to be. A man can be dress as a woman but inside he is still a man so he should be able to use the restroom to what he is. Appearance is a big role in society today but everyone is different so the difference in people has to be seen so that there is no discrimination. Everyone have their own flaws and no flaw is greater than the other one so accepting people

Without this law transgender could feel attacked because they are not being accepted. There are so many different ways they could react for not being accepted such as; rallying, starting fights, having lawsuits towards discrimination and many more. Acceptance of transgender keeps them from those reactions that may affect society. Embracing all races, genders, skin tones, and appearances keeps the equality and stop the discrimination because they all are being accepted and no one has to feel excluded. This law brings recognition to North Carolina for the reason of them being willing enough to acquire
