1. Would workers in Australia, America or Europe accept the Taylorism in this form today?

Nowadays, Australia, America and Europe are not much worker accepted the Taylorism concept of Taylorismin. There is highly animadversion in the concept of Taylorism in few countries. The principle that the pressure on employees to achieve the speed of work faster and faster. Productivity and profitability are the two things which are always emphasized and hence leading to exploitation of workers and employees. However, it leads to growth of trade unions successively. The company will provide the training to their employees for operating their work and ask their employees following the design of scripts to their employees provided the standard customer services. Organization hope to achieve the goal which their employees lead to work effectively and also the managers can easily monitored their staffs. 3. This ‘clip’ is showing history from 100 years ago. Some would say that ‘the world has moved on’ and these ideas are out of date. However, could there be parts of the world today for which these ideas might be just what they need? Explain. The theory of scientific management (Taylorism) is still applied in some of organisations which do not have good technology in developing countries such as Asia. The scientific management theory can reduce the cost of operation and the employees have good efficiency of productivity. The reason is that some organizations do not afford the expensive machinery and equipments, therefore, they will hiring the cheapest employees to operate their business.
