When working with leaders, peers and subordinates of a gender, color, ethnicity and religion different from myself, I will be successful by working with and helping others and being helped by others. I work with all kinds of people around me in the workforce. Because it is good to meet all different kinds of people to see what they are like and maybe one day I might be one of their friends. Even if I do not like them right now because they are still a stranger to me. But if I at least talk to them and get to know them and after I get to know them a little bit, I might become their friend. Because if I know a little bit about them, I will know how they work. If I know someone with the same gender, color, ethnicity and religion, they are probably going to be similar or the same. At school, there are always new people each year and I go over to them and get to know them. And maybe become their friend so they can feel a little more comfortable in the school. Because if someone moves to a new school and you don’t know around and you are not comfortable in the school. If you go over to them and talk and get to know them, they will start to feel comfortable at the school because they feel safe and they are getting to know people and make friends. So if you don’t go talk to them, that might of been the only day(s) that you would have seen them because they moved to a different school because they did not feel comfortable so they might go to a school where they do feel comfortable. To be successful in work is to have teamwork because the more heads, hands, and bodies there are the better because you can get the job done faster, quicker, and easier. Like if you are trying to do a competition for the fastest group to come up with as much things as you can in one minute, then if you have more people to think of things, the more things you will be able to think
