Workplace Change Communication Plan
Leading change is essential to all levels of management to remain competitive in the global market. For example, Meta4 Lab is a company that is known for its ability to innovate and produce several new products annually; however, innovation and production has decreased since last year. As CEO of the company I realize there is a need for change to regain a competitive edge; therefore, I will enforce a workplace change effort. First, it is important for me to figure out what goals I will like to accomplish, what type of change to implement, and what change process is best for Meta4 Lab’s situation.
Goals to accomplish
• Increase innovation and production
• Improve work climate

Step 4 Communicating the Vision: Use every channel of communication to communicate the new vision
I will hold a meeting to discuss the new vision of Meta4 Lab using several presentation tools such as a PowerPoint presentation, pamphlets, and reminder emails
Step 5 Empowering Actions: Remove barriers and structures that undermines Meta4 Lab’s vision
Using the information from my guiding coalition team I will address any concerns or resistances and make any necessary changes that undermines Meta4 Lab’s vision
