Purpose
The purpose of this memo is to introduce my reader this research on the workplace environment and communication available in the Department of CNA (certified nursing assistant)at the Highline college.

Summary
In this memo I will try to explain my research process with my interview and the related results, which reflect the workplace communication and culture of of the department of CNA at Highline college.

There are equal opportunities for all without any gender discrimination. The means of communication within the department are great both in terms of face-to-face communication, The number of hours of the school day The explanation and information directly to the student with the answer to any query. An inquiry which helps students to excel and succeed both in theory and practice. interpreters also help students with English as their second language by providing a free interpreter to help them absorb and thus succeed and excel. Hearing impaired people are provided with aids that make them feel no difference from their natural peers and may even outperform them. Success in continuous communication on a daily basis between the teaching staff and the administrative body of the university or with the administration of nursing in Olympia, make the system work a serious and systematic and a model of success and pride. Actually, I can say after this research and after my interview, that providing the means of communication in this wonderful form is the secret of success.
