Integrity is the common theme that guides the employees of the district. Integrity is always doing the right thing even when it’s the hard thing. Also, it can be defined as being honest and having strong moral principles. Integrity is not only an important trait for the district to have, but also for a person. I believe that having a set of morals is what defines a person.
INTEGRITY Integrity is important for many reasons. The author, Ethan Canin, uses integrity as the central idea of his short story, “The Palace Thief”. The narrator, Hundert, believes it's his job to mold his students’ characters,so that these boys could grow up to become powerful leaders with good morals.
C.S. Lewis once said that “Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching.” While reading Calvin Coolidge’s Senate Speech, it was this quote that lingered in my mind most prominently. Integrity is a major value that is discussed throughout Coolidge’s speech and a value that is becoming increasingly relevant as the world continues to grow, technology increases, and society becomes more corrupt. Edwards' unethical conduct for personal gain demonstrates a disregard for moral principles and casts doubt on her commitment to integrity. The case study's information reveals that Edwards does not exhibit characteristics indicative of integrity, as her involvement in selling fake notes undermines trust, honesty, and ethical values essential for true integrity.
Integrity is being honest and doing the right thing even when no one is looking. Don Galer’s quote, “Integrity is what we do, what we say, and what we say we do” shows that integrity is affected by strong moral principles and what we do with those. The role of National Honor Society is to celebrate the students who have kept up their integrity throughout their high school career and to keep them on that same path. Integrity is an important aspect in education today because there are so many opportunities to cheat on a multitude of assignments but the students who stay away from cheating will be better off in the long run. For example, while I have been in high school there have been many times that I could have cheated like reading the spark
Integrity can be defined as being honest and having strong morals. Being able to balance one’s own integrity and professional responsibility is what determines how successful they will be. In 1970, Humphreys conducted a study on the sexual exchanges between men in public restrooms called the tearoom trade (Humphreys, 1970). The research conducted in this study and how this research was retrieved will be evaluated using the American Psychological Associations (APA) ethical principles and code of conduct (2010). APA Ethical Principle C: Integrity The ethical principle of integrity promotes honesty and truthfulness within the science of practicing psychology (APA, 2010). The biggest concern within the tearoom trade is that Humphreys acted as an observer while collecting and gathering information on the men that participated in these sexual activities (Humphreys, 1970).

To me integrity means always doing the right thing even when no one is watching, it meanings be honest with everyone at all times, especially yourself. Integrity is a term used to describe a person 's level of honesty, moral commitments, and willingness to do what 's right. Choosing what is right over what is fun, fast or easy, and choosing to practice our values rather than simply professing them. Given the real definition of integrity, we recognize that it is actually extremely difficult to be in integrity 100% of the time.
