One key benefit of my leadership practice is that it enables my team to work effectively under minimum supervision. This is mainly because I have been able to make them share a common goal in all the tasks that were are facing (Judge & Piccolo, 2004). By this, they identify themselves with the task and everyone will be there to give all that they can to make the objectives achievable. In such a development, I can spend a little time in focusing at what they are undertaking. Also, I will have more time to work together with them something that creates a sense of equity, equality and mutual respect (Bass & Riggio, 2006).

The weaknesses of my leadership
There exist a couple of challenges that come up with this leadership method despite the goodness kit comes with it. To begin with, the character of the leader is key to determining its success. Despite me having this exceptional character, I have my personal weaknesses that bring my leadership at stake. I happen to be too emotional at times something that lowers the dignity that I have over my team members (Judge & Piccolo, 2004). This makes some of them start falling out of the system by dropping the belief that they had been having on me as their leader.
I deal with different people who have different levels of potential. This is to mean that; there are those who can cope with my motivation since they can meet the challenge I set ahead of them. However, there are some who have weak characters meaning that instead of being motivated, they end up feeling overwhelmed by the challenge I set for them.
