If an invoice comes in regarding something that is not required for the patient to have a special approach is taken to state, why they will not be covering this bill then they return it to that office. This job requires a lot of organization. Once an invoice comes in they do not automatically pay them, therefore the stack of invoices becomes big toward the end of the month. I also sat with a lady named Nelda, that covers all the financial statements except the bank reconciliation. I was able to see the format that is used to get all of these reports ready for the end of the month.

Bedside reporting has been shown to improve communication and quality of handoff between nurses. It is also credited to promote patient safety and improve patient satisfaction. Clinical Application Paper Clinical Application Paper During Mental Health clinical rotation I was able to see a variety of mental illnesses. Some of the patients looked absolutely normal in appearance, while others were able to be identified as having some sort of mental illness. These patients were all very unique in their own way. Having the opportunity to sit with a few of them during group sessions and group play, I was able to communicate with them and find out a little bit about them. A particular patient that stuck out to me was a young gentleman who has schizophrenia with episodes of mania.
