 Responsible for placing emergency calls in the event of a fire, security incident or other emergency.  File all court documents accurately, being alert for discrepancies and/or errors.  Answer, screen and channels all incoming calls, including taking accurate messages, providing general information to both staff and members of the public. SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST, UNITY COUNSELING SERVICES 3/2004-2/2006  Assure and maintain HIPPA confidentiality and state regulations.  Compile quarterly report in order to maintain county contract.  Compose letters, memos, and a variety of reports required for distribution to local courts, attorneys, and state agencies.  Create and update a variety of forms for counselor and client use.  Answer, screen, and distribute calls on a multi-line phone.  Maintain and collect client’s accounts receivable.  Knowledge of office machines, including PC, printers, copy machines, facsimile machines, audio/visual and other standard office equipment.  Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Access.  Able to keyboard/type 60 words per minute.  Bilingual
