One of the disadvantages of Google Slides is that it is lack of features that fulfil users need. Such as diagrams, charts, graphs and so on. This make users hard to make their slides if it’s for serious work. Thus making users to draw back their attention toward Google Slides and users will find other software that will fulfil their need in doing presentation such as Microsoft PowerPoint. (reference : Stan Schroeder, 2007 ; mashable.com) Another feature that is lacking in Google Slides is that there is no convenient way to copy paste an element or a slide. Copying elements from one slide of a presentation to another slide of the same presentation does not automatically preserve location within the slide. Visitors cannot hear the presenter via the web without use of third party application such as Skype. (reference : Mark Wagner , 2007 ; edtechlife.com) when there is a lack of audio, users can’t play sound form the videos they insert to the slides. Thus, it is making this a big disadvantage for Google Slides. Another major disadvantage is about the Google Slides chat features. There is no archive of the chat. Users can’t tend to review all the resources that visitors shared. The chat feature is of limited relevance to visitors attendees.
