In the Bill of Rights I am using the Second Amendment because that is the right to bear arms. This relates because back when this amendment was passed the Government realized that people need arms to protect themselves and to hunt. Know we are fighting to keep these arms just like how the colonies had to fight to get this amendment passed. This amendment was passed so that people could protect themselves from harm and danger. This amendment should not be tampered with because people need these guns for uses that benefit us.
The second amendment states, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Many people believe that the second amendment allows people to have a legal way to possess a gun and inflict harm to other humans with it. Although guns can cause harm, the second amendment does not allow people to use them for anything else than self defense. The fourth amendment states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” There are also many people that believe that the fourth amendment allows people to have more time to cover up any crimes that they have committed.

I 'm going to list some of the gifts America has given my generation and how thankful I am for them. The first gift America has given to my generation is freedom of speech. I 'm so glad that we are allowed to say and think what we want.
They also do not have as many negative effects as some claim. The right to own firearms is a constitutional right that is important and needs to be upheld. Owning guns is an essential constitutional right. The right to own guns has many benefits even for those who do not own guns. The right to own guns is based in the United States Constitution.
