In “All Summer in a Day,” the children are thriving to see the sun, they would even be happy to just remember what the sun looks and feels like against their snowflake white skin. Margot, on the other hand does remember the sun and often talks about the bright light bulb that lights their planet once every seven years, to the others. However, there is a turning point when the children become jealous and treat Margot differently because to them she is set apart from them. " Hey, everyone, let’s put her in a closet before the teacher comes ! "

Bradbury uses metaphors, emotions, and repetition to express the sun’s meaning of hope to the main character, Margot, and the children of rocket men and women on Venus. Metaphors and emotions are used to help the reader relate to the connection with the sun. He describes the sun and the rain using metaphors, and uses the children’s emotions to help further the idea.
Friendship is a Valuable Aspect of Life Lennie and George have a unique relationship in which both characters care for and essentially get along with each other. However, George acts as Lennie's guardian, guiding him and informing him of right and wrong. This type of relationship is displayed through many instances in the novel, making it evident how much Lennie relies on George. Without George, it seems as though Lennie would have difficulty making his own decisions. George is the dominant one in the relationship.

First of all the author uses the rain to symbolize many things, while at the same time dreaming is used to symbolize hope, and the sun is a symbol portraying each child’s bright future. Similes are also extremely important as they show the desperate hope and need for a bright future. Furthermore with these types of author's craft Ray Bradbury uses repetition. However it does not go along with hope as well as the other pieces of author’s craft that have been mentioned previously.

Issue: Bullying in the workforce between younger people is not the only problem in the schools, the kids learn their behaviour from their parents or students that are in another year level this is similar to the workforce, a co-worker can be starting that day and then observe how their experienced peers are behaving and think that its okay. Workplace bullying is once of the biggest issues amongst young adults who focus more on bullying a lower member of the staff rather than complete their daily workload. Bullying in the workplace is usually verbal, physical, social or psychological abuse by an employer, manager or another person from a group of people at work. Workplace bullying can happen at anytime on the worksite and anywhere such as offices to shops, cafes, restaurants, workshops, community groups and government organisations. Workplace bullying can happen to volunteers, work experience students, interns, and apprentices, casual and permanent employees (Bullying and Harassment, n.d).
