Audrey Hepburn Did you know that Audrey Hepburn began being an actress at the age of twenty-two? As a child Audrey went to Ballet school, because she wanted to be a dancer. Ballet didn’t work out for her so she started acting. After years of working she was offered a role in her fist film at the age of twenty-two. Audrey Hepburn got into acting to make money to help support her family. Audrey Hepburn became famous for becoming an actress and a model. Audrey Hepburn was born on May 4, 1929 in Brussels, Belgium. Audrey’s mom had sent her to private school in England and the Netherlands. Audrey was young when her father had left her, it was hard on Audrey. Audrey Hepburn had gotten engaged to James Hanson in the beginning of the 1950’s. Audrey quoted that it was “love at first sight”(Romances and Marriages) but it wasn’t. The wedding was off, and now she was going to marry Mel Ferrer. Audrey Hepburn and Mel Ferrer were married for fourteen years. Until they both got told that each one of them had an affair with someone else. After a while Audrey had went on a cruise and fell in love with Andrea Dotti. On January 18, 1969 they had gotten married. This relationship didn’t last very long either. Audrey Hepburn’s husband had an affair with someone younger than her. Audrey did end up having children, she had two boys. Sean Hepburn-Ferrer was her first son who was born on July 17,1960, his father was Mel Ferrer. Luca Dotti Audrey’s second son he was born in 1970, his father is Andrea Dotti. After all of these years Audrey Hepburn had found the love of her life. Audrey met him through the marriage of Dotti, and they became the best of friends. They were a happy couple. Even though they never got married they felt like they were.
