The video begins by mentioning that the Allah (Lord) is the creator and Prophet Muhammad is his messenger. And that he came to deliver a message and he came in a perfect way, in a way of love and purity. In the Western Arabia shortly after the beginning of the 7th century, a religious movement was born that will change the history of the world. At first the movement developed very slowly but in 20 years it encompassed all of the Arabia. After Muhammad’s death, his follower quickly spread his word in the surrounding regions.
Islam is the Arabic word meaning peace (state of soul). In addition, Islam is the surrender to the will of god. Those who observe Islam are called Muslims literally meaning submitters. That means that the Muhammad role in Islamic belief is very different from that of Jesus in Christianity. Muhammad is viewed as a Prophet or messenger while Christians consider Jesus to be the incarnation of the deity itself. Little is known about the early life of Muhammad not even his birth date. But he was born around 570CE. He traveled with Caravan and Prophethood begins when he was 40 years old. He began to preach afterwards. He preached that Allah is the unique and single deity. Then video begins talking about some of the hardships that Muhammad had to go through to preach the god’s words. Meccans were so eager on giving battle to Muhammad. By 630CE, Muhammad was able to occupy his native city of Mecca without a fight.
