Public library are expected to provide users to access information in an effective and timely manner for that is their key role in society. Olowu (2004) states that the fundamental aim of libraries are to provide accurate, timely, pertinent, and reliable information for their users. The most widely used source of information available to literate societies is the library based on what Thanuskodi (2009) said. The librarians role is to be aware of the kind of information being sought by the users and how the information can be obtained. Everyone can easily access to the internet, and get many information as long as they want. Internet has quickly become viable technology used by many countries for it can be a medium of communication, and it can provides many information that enables the students, teachers or professors, researchers, and information seekers to access information to enhance their work. Internet technologies have been applied to education, stimulated electronic commerce, and have helped to develop communication via intranets. Some universities have decided to used e-books for the students because e-book or electronic books are just the electronic version of a traditional textbooks. Vassilou (2008) defines e-book into two parts; the first part summaries the essential and reasonably stable nature of e-books, and the second part is the in-use of features.
