Anxiety disorder is a type of feeling or nervousness that a person has. This feeling can cause the person to have fear for things like what is going to happen in the future as well as what’s going on in their current life, to things like a racing heart to uncontrolled shaking. There are several types of Anxiety disorder, such as, Generalized, anxiety disorder, Social anxiety disorder, Specific phobias and Panic disorder. A person with Panic disorder normally feels like they are in terror which comes without wearing. The fear that the person has is normally at a much higher level than the situation. Additionally to all the other forms of Anxiety disorder; there is one more which is Generalized anxiety disorder; Those who suffer with Generalized anxiety disorder worry excessively and often time the thing that they way that they worry is unrealistic and they cause themselves tension which could provoke them to have anxiety. Some of the symptoms of anxiety disorder are problems sleeping, feeling of panic, fear and uneasiness. A person may also have cold or sweaty hands and or feet. Other physical symptoms are things like shortness of breath, heart palpitations and dry mouth. Some with people with anxiety disorder may have symptoms such as numbness, tingling in the hands or feet, nausea, muscle tension and dizziness. Studies have not found a specific determination for anxiety disorder; but it is still consider a type of mental illness which is caused by a combination of things such as stress from a person’s environment things that might be inherited though …show more content…

This fear comes without wearing or any obvious reason. Panic attacks may happen when something reminds you of your trauma. (“The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition (DSM-IV) describes a panic attack as the experiences of incenses fear or discomfort where the following things might occur, pounding heart or heart rate, sweating, trembling or shaking, feeling as though you are being smothered, or having difficulties breathing.”) Panic attacks may also include symptoms that include sever feeling of frighten, heavy breathing as well as rapid heart rate. Reports from MedicineNet.com state that, approximately three million American adults (about 1.7 percent of the population) will suffer from some type of panic disorder during some point in their lives. Random military members have undergone a (12-week) diagnostic test for panic attacks. Panic attacks cause people to have strong fears, nervousness and tension. Post-Traumatic Stress involves an individual’s experiencing a psychologically traumatic stressor, at the time of the event the individual experiences intense fear or helplessness. In a study conducted with a group of 415 people with epileptic over a one year period, it was found that it was more likely that people with epileptic would most likely have a higher chance of having anxiety and depression
