Dear Admissions Team,
Teaching has always been my strongest suit and I pride myself on that. My career goal is to be a certified teacher in Ontario and develop the appropriate professional skills to do my best at my job while continuously learning, growing, and improving. Although I have been a High School Math teacher for 6 years now, having that instruction time from experienced professors to learn how to navigate teaching and all its particulars is both essential and valuable. Niagara University offers their students an understanding of the foundations of educational practice which is exactly what I am looking for. My main goal has always been to create a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow and I could take that a step further by fulfilling the requirements of this program. I would like to not only practice the highest level of professional behaviour but understand it on a deeper level to be able to apply the appropriate strategies in different situations.
