Arcis Golf Mission Statement

We recommend that the Arcis Golf Corporate Office dedicates two hours per month to community service. As noted by famed Harvard political scientist Robert Putnam, doing community service on a regular basis earns people the “happiness equivalent of getting a college degree or more than doubling their income.” Because of the high level of internal goods received through doing community service, we believe that monthly service will help keep employees happy and increase Arcis Golf’s retention rate. Living in the United States, we are very fortunate to have a surplus of food. In fact, we are wasteful with our food. Being in the food and beverage industry makes matters of the hungry relevant to this company and will make our employees appreciate the luxuries that we have.
