Surviving in Chicago
In Chicago, only the strong survive; The scared can’t take it, and the weak wont make it. Being one of the most dangerous cities in the world, Chicago does not have many benefits. If you make it out of Chicago, you are considered successful to the minorities. Sad truth is, most Chicagoans don’t even make it to 21. Most people in Chicago only have two option , either die or go to jail. There are only a few ways to survive the “danger zone” we call Chicago, it requires time, hard work, and bravery. Some cowards will buy into a gang believing that they will be protected by them, but that is only putting them into more danger. Gangs do nothing but introduce you to more enemies and more problems. To some, it might be hard to find a job, but honestly you just have to look a little harder. There are “Now Hiring” signs all over the place, you just have to find them. After you get your first job try to work as many hours as possible, or get a second job if possible. If you are receiving good income, please do not show it off on social media because you don’t know who is really watching. You live in Chicago (Also known as Chiraq), one of the most gang infested cities in the world. Do not ever feel like your safe until you are home in your bed, you can never underestimate the dangers of this city. For example, I was driving, dropping my friend off home, and I see this gang banger just driving. I just minded my own business and kept driving, but he started following me. So I started to speed up and got out of the neighborhood and into the main street of 79th. I stopped the car because I felt safer, I just wanted to see what he wanted. When I stopped, he stopped right in front of me, got out of his car, and pointed a gun right at me for no reason. I then put the car back on drive and pushed on the gas and took myself out of that situation. He was obviously just looking for trouble and found me. So I recommend you stay out of these dangerous
