In June of 2000 McWilliams was found face down in his bathtub dead from asphyxiation on his own vomit. If Marijuana was legal, situations like this would not happen again. Of this 50% , 40% are all non-violent crimes. The punishment for possession of marijuana is as harsh as life in prison.
