Introduction This report involves description of different type’s business communication used by different business organizations. Companies such as ASDA use different ways to communicate with its stakeholders such as customers and employees (Chaney and Martin, 2007). It is used to show customers how the products of ASDA supermarket are being used to satisfy customer’s needs (Stuart and Stuart, 2007). The purpose for the use of this information is that it can express the way products of ASDA are being used to satisfy different customer’s needs than other companies which produces substitute commodities. 1.2 Effectiveness of the sales and marketing of a particular product or service ASDA supermarket offers grocery and clothes for sales (Krizan et al, 2008). This reduces lead time and also ensures that customers become loyal to the company for a long time and also motivate employees of the company to respond positively to customers.
