Not every generation is the same as each other, they vary in different ways depending on their values, experiences,likes style and expectations. So, in terms of marketing and advertising, it's important to know and, discover the expectations of each generation according to their needs. Being able to adequately assess, the necessary requirements to satisfy our customers for each generation will greatly enhance the reputation of the business as a whole. It's important that we’re able to reach baby boomers with services that will match their needs. Building trust with the company will be a very important aspect. This may also require a more personal approach like face-to-face for example. Some of the boomers may not be able to meet people as often as the younger generations. This is especially true if they’re disabled or have a limited ability to travel. They also tend to view a purchase as a commitment, meaning they aren’t likely to rush into decisions without thinking it through. Furthermore, dealing with baby boomers will mostly require: patience and a greater investment of time than other generations.
