The early civilization is always a thing that is remembered and held with high esteem in the modern society. The civilization was carefully crafted given that it took time to be accepted and was not substantial. The development of early civilization took time to blend and grow and it had to go through a series of centuries to develop what we see and read about in the modern world. The customers as well as ideas and material things are just a development that took even a number of centuries to be realized and accepted by the people who lived at this time. The same are the base of modern civilization. The early civilization is somehow connected to the religious and philosophical values systems which are known for the birth and development of this civilization.
The early civilizations are can be seen clearly in the two early civilizations of the Hebrews and the Babylonians. The two are some of the most common and known civilizations that are even held important today. The Babylonian Hammurabi laws and the Hebrews Torah are the common form of law seen at the development of early civilization. This paper is therefore a comparison between the two common form of civilization looking and their differences and similarities of application in the then society. On the other hand, the Torah was brought by Moses as he claimed to have been given to him directly from God. The Hammurabi code was developed in the Tigris and Euphrates valley while the Torah was given to the Hebrews at the time when they were coming back from Egypt in the wilderness of Sinai.
