Individuals are changing and evolving throughout their life.I agree with Erik Erikson's theory on the concept of psychosocial development.His theory has a meaningful concept.It helps to tell us why life is a series of lesson and challenges and also how it helps in the growth of an individual from birth to death.Erikson believed that development occurred throughout life.He introduced his theory in eight stages of the lifespan of an individual that is as follow:Trust vs. Mistrust (birth-18 months old), Autonomy vs. Shame (18 months to 3 years), Initiative vs. Guilt (3 to 5 years), Industry vs. Inferiority (6 to 12 years), Identity vs. Identity Diffusion (12 to 18 years), Intimacy vs. Isolation (18 to 35 years), Generativity vs. Self-absorption
