1. Did you reach your overall goal? Describe the reasons why or why not.
I had reached my goal of implementing the amount of stretching/exercises into my schedule. Even though I had tons of homework to do, I used my breaks in between to reach my goal. By doing this I felt better physically and mentally.
2. Did you experience any of the benefits for which you had hoped (as stated in your BCP contract)? Why do you think you had these outcomes? Discuss benefits experienced and those not experienced.
I had kept up with my goal and had felt better physically. When I walk to my classes I don’t get winded as much as I had before this project. Although, my body was sore and my muscles in my legs and arms were tight afterwards. I also felt lighter

During the first three weeks, I had a busy schedule with keeping up with homework and studying for tests. I had studied for many hours and in between I would take breaks to rest. As a way to squeeze in these exercises I did them in between my breaks. For days that I felt exhausted and not motivated, I had to rationalize with myself and consider the timing that I had left to perform my exercises. Meaning, hypothetically, if today was Friday and the journal is due Tuesday and I only did one day, I can do today and then take a break Saturday and continue it Sunday to finish my 3 times a week.
4. Discuss whether or not your relationships or support network were helpful.
I never really used my support network to help me. My friends were busy as well and could not come out and join me. Though they did support me and wished me luck.
5. How would you do this differently next time?
If I was to do this another time I would probably not change a thing.
6. Do you believe you can maintain this behavior change for the next 6 months? Why or why not?
No, I do not I believe I can maintain this behavior because I knew that I would not do any workouts during my time here at Western. I had chosen this as my goal as a way to make myself exercise because this was for a grade and I did not want to make a low grade. I could probably keep up with this goal if I was at home and
