Appendix A BED INN Organizational Code of Ethics The core principle of this code of ethics (COE) is comfortability. The clients must feel comfortable in all domains of life while under the care of Bed Inn. The homeless citizen was living an uncomfortable life in most social aspects. Proper nutrition, using the toilet, be under a protected roof were uncomfortable issues. In addition, privacy means much for a typical citizen. The homeless has no privacy while living the streets’ life. His belongs are in the streets and unprotected. This means, the homeless was striving for privacy and comfort. The Bed Inn COE requires two major actions: Code of Values and Code of Conduct. These values characterize the foundation of a successful life. o The propensity of information to be accurate is Bed Inn’s aspiration. Honesty and moral values will guide the organization to the deepest well in the homeless advantages. The character of a human being has a link with his or her ability to tell the truth. The fact of being realistic and truthful will take Bed Inn and the homeless amongst the highest stars. Being good to people is an order from the highest God. Jesus told the disciple to be good to one another, to love one another in the most undisputed mode. Furthermore, Jesus asked everyone to love the neighbors as themselves, which was one of the codes of conduct the Bible requires from each Christian. The homeless citizens represent our brothers and sisters. Thus, it is an obligation to love them as we love ourselves with no distinction. • Code of Conduct o Practice Goodness and Rightness o Bed Inn will make assure that the organization practices goodness and rightness with the clients, who have been living a nomad
