CODE OF CONDUCT:
The Code of Conduct sets forth required professional responsibilities for new hire to adhered by. As a childcare professional/teacher your duties include providing and educating in settings that are safe, nurturing, and responsive for each child. Our company’s goal is to promote children’s self-awareness, competence, a sense of self-worth, resiliency, and physical well-being. In the Early learning childcare filed, employees are expected to facilitate the optimal growth and development of each individual child to achieve his or her potential in all aspects of functioning and learning. In the child care field, a sense of privacy is required in regards to the children.

The Code of Conduct informs all of the employees of their expectation to maintain personal and professional integrity, developing skills and knowledge in order to work with expertise.
