Evaluation of the overall impact of recent changes in health and social care to the organisations, staff, service users and families this can be solved in a positive way and negative way of current changes in health and social care services. The reasons of assessing the overall impact of recent changes of all internal and external stakeholders of Tayside and Dundee council was to ensure the impact of change will be in favour of individual’s well-being, good quality of care, financial issues and staffing problem. The results of changes made positive effect on Dundee and NHS Tayside staff they all came together and challenged the way the system was working and they started using the process end-to-end from the service user’s point of view which improved the assessment waiting times.‘’ According to the case study both organisations benefited from the efficiency of the services that were now being provided to the service users and the staff members had a clear work purpose that made them happier at work, at the same time the organisation was still providing world class services. For example, the change benefited service users in the community as they participated in activities this promoted their confidence, rights and health well-being, this was appositive overall impact for service users because it promoted their confidences, well-being maximised the risks which can occur due to long waiting
