As a business owner, growth and company advancement is always a top priority. The business owner of Bella’s Boutique is concerned that the company hasn’t shown any growth in possibly sales or customers due to the lack of global marketing in a sense. She would like to integrate a physical store location with an e-commerce site to reach more customers but also increase sales. She is hoping that by doing so she will also be able to increase other aspects of the business and be known for more than just a local boutique that sales clothing and handbags.
More importantly she wants to be sure that any new technologies that are incorporated will protect consumer information as well as any vendors she might use for products and services.

Nordstrom uses customer solutions focused on making customers feel that the company understands them and can provide them with customized products and services tailored to their needs. They value customers and want shopping to be pleasurable and hassle-free whether it's done in store or online. In 2009, Nordstrom began allowing customers to make purchases online and can pick the product up in stores. Last year they also added free shipping and returns.
