I will be also be able to help others meet their goals and motivate them to do better and help them do it correctly. This is like looking out for my younger sibling except in this case I would be looking out for all the employees in the company. Furthermore, I can have the opportunity to help secure the Company and everyone working for that company. Also, prevent private information from being hacked or lost. Many IT managers are involved with also helping many other organizations solve technological problems. It also involves a mass of negotiation knowledge and the ability to connect with others in a distinct way. This allows me to work with other companies and come to a solution while also keeping the company I work for up top. Also, I get to design better technologic related issues and help improve them in a better and stronger way. This is really important and relevant to helping people because I won't just be helping the people who I will work with but other people who are outside my job. Furthermore, technology is a big deal nowadays because many of us rely on technology to perform daily tasks. On the other hand, without IT Managers technology would get lost as well as the way many of us rely on it. Without technology not many people can accomplish something big. I want
