I practice sound judgement and decision making with an awareness of implications and contribute to solutions and future strategies and solutions. When, I participate in the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Royal Commission Citizen Jury, I harness information and opportunities when performing my learning, working diligently to improve my understanding to reach the decision. Showing judgement, intelligence and common sense, I request clear expectations from related parties when work was assigned as a member of Business Committee. I utilise formalised practices and improve the efficiency of their utilisation with my colleagues. Though, I undertake a view in the context of the objective and direction of the project.
