I am pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources. The course of study for the Business Administration degree prepares you to demonstrate information, skills, and honesty that ultimately influence a successful outcome in the business world. The curriculum within the program helps you to demonstrate leadership abilities, bring awareness to technology. The Business program builds a sense of purpose and changes your outlook on services to that of leadership. Within completion of the program I will have developed the necessary skills to work in business areas like accounting, project management, and human resources.

Administrative managers perform a variety of different services, the main duty is managing support services from large to small companies. This role helps business work in an efficient manner, by directing logistic services such as payroll and record, secretarial and reception. The physical administration of a business is also a responsibility of a service manager which includes mail, information and data processing, materials scheduling and distribution. This role in an organization is extremely important and depending on how it is performed by an individual can determine the success of a company. They help to ensure that the company is in regulation of federal and state laws, and honoring contracts. Admin managers analyze data, and decide on different ways that a company can be ran more efficiently. For example, if production levels are high and there are not enough employees to service, they would hire more personal to cover. A job responsibility is to buy, store and distribute supplies, in case a manager would keep up on the maintenance of equipment such as computers and replace them if need be in a timely manner to ultimately save the company money in the long run. Another role is to report to executive management, and guarantee that the employees are following the guideline outline in an employee handbook. Although having a degree is benefitable but it is not necessary many in high level positions do not hold one. It does however help you to stand out amongst your peers. Just like in many career fields most of the knowledge needed for the position is learned on the job. Every company that you work for will have different job functions and responsibilities. Many employers that are seeking Admin manager want the potential candidate to have relate work experience that demonstrate management and leadership
