Today, Breton Brewing has a well-established brand name and positioning in the craft beer sector in Cape Breton. It started its business in 2015 and has become a renowned player in craft beers in this region. The primary motive of this case analysis is to help Breton Brewing Co. achieve it’s goal to find a beverage that is a non-beer option in the market and find the market growth potential for this new category in different regions and marketplaces. Also, the most important need is to keep up with the recent trends in Ontario, British Columbia, the United States, and Europe. The company promoted its first can in NSLC and achieved its second expansion in 2016. This milestone has just been achieved in their second year of business operations. The company began with 2 people but, has now grown to 20-plus employees.
