The Outsiders is a book based on a gang called the Greasers, it takes place in Oklahoma during the year of 1966. All throughout this book, the Greasers have different conflicts with the Socs, their rival gang. The story revolves around Ponyboy, the narrator and also the youngest of the group. Cherry and Bob were some of my least favorite characters because they didn’t do things for the right reasons and most of the stuff they said wasn’t sincere. …show more content…

Ponyboy was very smart and always found a way to show his creativity. I have good grades and high standards, hopes, and dreams for myself. I relate to almost all of those things and to more of his character traits
