Bruno Mars, 4 time Grammy award winner, singer and dancer, and an all around amazing artist. I first heard Bruno Mars when I was about 7 years old. I was playing around in the basement and my mom was on the treadmill. She was listening to “Just the Way You Are”, and I really liked the way he sounded. I’ve been listening to him ever since. My overall favorite album by bruno mars is “Doo-Wops & Hooligans” because it has the most hit songs, also because it sounds really good. I chose to write this essay on Bruno because he’s won multiple awards, writes his own songs, and he’s an incredible artist and a great person.

Although he now lives in Los Angeles, California, he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on October 8, 1985 to Peter Hernandez and Bernadette San Pedro Bayot. He was raised in the Waikiki part of Hawaii.
