A bully is worse than a bystander because they can cause their victim to hurt themselves, bullies suffer from peer pressure, it is easy to become a bully because there are lots of different ways to bully, and bullies are addicted to repeat their action.

To begin with, bullies can cause their victim to hurt themselves. According to livescience.com, ages 5to12 are three times more likely to hurt themselves when bullied every day.
