Hoverwer there has been developments to provide the necessary services and utilities for kids to cope with bullying. Programs like Safe Schools Coalition, has the expertise and the sources to train the teachers how to effectively deal with bullying. It supports for the students who are victims of this sort sort of bullying. The Safe Schools Coalition primary focus is to raise awareness social and psychological implications of bullying if it is not addressed immediately. Bullying should not be taken as a misbehavior as such it may include sexual harassment, coercion and assault; insults, intimidation and assaults. These will have serious implications on the victims. Not only does the Safe Schools Coalition Program does work on specific groups, they also work to create a better atmosphere. Opposition to this program is based on non realistic facts due to some misunderstandings but in reality, they provide the best support structures for addressing violence related to gender and sexuality. Developing behavioral flexibility and making the students understand the gender “norms" will surely create a better social environment for students to coexist together. Schools are supposed to feel like a safe environment for kids of all types, but due to the lack of recognition from the school boards, despite increasing but not substantially enough, the planned progress is yet to be seen. In other schools, over the timeline of the last fifteen years, more and more gender nonconforming and transgender students have been revealing their identities, however school are yet to support them properly.
