So, the betterment of organization depends upon the structure of the organization. Structure in one sense is the arrangement of duties use for the work to be done (Tran & Tian, 2013). That means it is the structure is the arrangement of the worked to be performed in order to achieve a certain goal/objective. This structure can be vertical flowing from the top to bottom or can flow in same level. In the video of IDEO, we can very different organizational structure, way different from old hierarchal structure going top to bottom. As the owner of the organization seats among the employees and discuss with them regarding the problem or business. No one is expert among them, every one seat together and discuss among themselves and try new idea to achieve the goal. According to Ngeow, Kong & San (2003) when designed properly and used thoughtfully, discussion tasks can be an effective learning tool that promote creativity, as well as generate meaningful interaction and understanding for the learner.
