Customers buy products at the price given by the suppliers. Buying on a digital supermarket gives customers shopping simplicity since the goods get delivered to their desired address. The customers are required to do their shopping only, nothing more.

The use of e-commerce which allows them to operate 24 hours, where customers can shop wherever they are without waiting in queues. Customer can get attracted by the simplicity of shopping on these sites which in turns increase sales, profits, customers, and market shares. Increased profits allows the company to run event promotion through out the year attracting more customers. (Sinha, 2018). E-commerce allows fast communication for both parties and attracts more customers due to global visibility all of which allows the suppliers to provide improved services and to protect them by easy monitoring of online transactions. E-commerce speeds up delivery since most of the processes can be done using the internet, this ensures fast delivery. E-commerce has its advantages and disadvantages. But it has made global business easier bringing variety, convenience and sometimes price stability.
