Many companies make shifts to create a new growth by serving in the area Departments and shifting to expand the organizational structures. The Management team should communicate with their employees, to keep them updated with the plan and have everyone on one accord. If not they will end up going in separate directions this will increase the time needed to finish the project, decrease the time needed to put in forth other projects, and goals will not be met. Organizational restructuring strategies are used when planning: Addressing the importance of quality over the quantity in size of the company. The organization should be flexible and allow people who are involved freely into the project, should be able to develop, and discuss the concepts throughout the plan. Collaboration is very important when it comes to the strategies of an organization you can start by with the audience, externally collaboration, and internally
