Research Essay Isn’t it just a great feeling waking up every morning loving what you do? Well welding is what i want to do. But I’m still debating on which college I would want to attend MATC or MTI. MTI is a great school and everything I experienced there was great and it's also located in Illinois so it's also close to home which is always good. My other option though which is probably my best option financially is MATC. This is also a great school to I will also receive better help and learn more of the basics of welding which I really need. This school is in Wisconsin though so it's not in state so I won't be as close to home to as I would if I were to go to MTI although Wisconsin is also a beautiful place though so it will make up for it. But by my senior year i still had no plans after high school or what i even wanted to do in life so i was getting alittle worried that all my friends had figured out what they want to do and i had nothing. Then about halfway through my senior year i was put in a welding class that I didn't even want to be in. But i decided to make the most of it and actually try to learn something. I got really into it and i started getting really good by myself. Then Jay seen that i was starting to get into it and he started teaching me everything he knew and that's when I really started learning the basics. It really helped me also that someone was taking up their free time to help me with my welding and making me into a somewhat decent welder.
