Introduction:
Company G is a leading, reputable manufacturer of electronics in North America. Recently we have begun to develop a line of new small appliances in our growing field of personal electronics. As a company that is easily recognized and known for our affordable, convenient and reliable products we are excited to continue to offer our customers the best. As the marketing manager for Company G I have been given the honor of introducing our first in a line of personal small appliances, “Duke Shave”. Duke Shave is a new multi-function wet/dry shaver.

Research financial implications for offering a one year warranty for Duke Shave, our goal is to reach sales of 10,000 by October 1, 2016. The action plan of researching financial implications needs to be completed by the middle of the first quarter with a date of January 15, 2015 (Company G’s Financial Analyst will be responsible for this task.)
Research sales of existing packaging of products to see which one has the most appeal to customers. This needs to be completed before our packages are shipped to customers. Project needs to be completed by the end of the third quarter of current year, October 30, 2015 (Company G’s Marketing Manager will be responsible for this task.)
Research competitor’s customer support centers to see what they can offer to their customers and develop a more in-depth support center. This task needs to be completed before our products are shipped to stores for sale. Project needs to be completed by the end of the third quarter of this year, October 30, 2015 (Company G’s Market Analyst will be responsible for this
