Burgmann Anglican School strives to provide a supportive and inspirational environment that seeks to develop students ' full intellectual and personal potential. We are a co-educational independent school located in Gungahlin, ACT with two campuses. The Wood Oaks Board of Education voted a referendum on the to build a new elementary school and middle school; Superintendent Lindsey Smith asked the board to approve a $3.3 million building program for the district, the money would be used for the new buildings. The middle school would be built in the central part of town and would serve two elementary schools now feeding into Wood Oaks Middle School. The Board voted four-two to place the issue as a referendum on the November general election ballot. Voting for placing the referendum on the ballot were Jones, Katie McCormack, Matthew O’Malley, and Joseph Sister.

Motlow State Community College does not offer a cafeteria for students at the Smyrna Center. Constructing a cafeteria at Motlow State Community College would be beneficial for everyone, including the staff and students. A cafeteria would offer convenience for students and staff, increase the attendance rate, and allow students to engage in social interactions with one another. Not only is cafeteria favorable for the Motlow State community, but it would multiply the revenue for the school. Predominantly, constructing a cafeteria will improve the Smyrna campus as a whole.

We the people of Russell Kansas find our safety, community, and families at risk! These past couple of years we have been disturbed by the drugs and festation of the people committing theses crimes and acts around us. Russell is known for our quiet country feel where are children can be safe to run and play without the worries because of our self engaging community. Since the years, we are noticing large amounts of drugs soaring through or streets in which have began to affect the unimaginable. Our concern for the safety of our wellbeing would be in better hands if there was more law enforcement to help fulfill these uneasy feelings.

Mergens, 1990, requires public secondary schools to allow access to religiously based student groups on the same basis as other student clubs. The school administration denied a group of students their right to create a Christian after school club. The students intended for their club to have just the same privileges and club meetings as all other after school clubs. Scott Angelle has been involved in the political arena since the age of 25 and has proven to be hard-working and compassionate while caring for Louisiana. He has proven successful in his areas of service being selected twice by governors from different political parties and proving his ability to work with all. Angelle, a native of Louisiana values hard work and team work within our communities. He is a proud husband, father and grandfather which reinforces his belief that Louisiana is the best place to raise a family.

In addition to how the designing and architecture fields influenced the founding of both Pratt Institute and my high school, Brooklyn Technical High School, I also chose to visit Pratt Institute to gain a better understanding of the influences it had on the development of the two neighborhoods, Clinton Hill and Fort Greene, and New York City’s academic landscape. When Pratt Institute first opened, the only course works available were freehand, architectural, and mechanical drawings. As enrollment increased, however, not only did the curriculum expanded to include a Women’s Department that offered courses in fields, like fashion, sewing and cooking, but it also led to the construction of the Department of Commerce and Pratt Institute’s Free Library, the first public library in Brooklyn.
I am an eighth grade student at Tomahawk Creek Middle School. I understand that a committee plans to create a required reading list for high school students to choose for their English course. I would like the committee to consider the book I recently read, Michael Vey: Hunt for the Jade Dragon by Richard Paul Evans, for this list. This was a very good book. It had VERY interesting characters, a VERY intriguing plot, and it also has a very good message.
