UCM:CPSW did a home visit and met with foster parent (Dorothy Bensalih), Emeri and Cantarah. Cantarah was playing with her IPad and Emeri. CPSW talked with Contrarah briefly and asked about school and any other concerns. Cantarah reported that she is doing well and excited about her new Ipad and plays with it after school. Emeri was sitting and playing with his sister during the meeting.
Raewkon is a 16 year old male who is before the court on the above charges. He has been before this court multiple times; however, he was only on probation for a trespassing charge from March 30, 2014 to September 10, 2014. It has been reported that Raewkon was recently admitted at Maryview Behavioral Health care for a three day evaluation. He had several psychological evaluations conducted and has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Mood Disorder, Conduct Disorder, and Impulsive Disorder. He is currently prescribed Vyvance (20 mg)

Runyan should exclude the value of the meals provided by at LCDA’s commissary because the commissary is at LCDA’s offices and it is convenient for LCDA to provide these meals because the employees will have to spend an unreasonable amount of time finding and eating meals by driving to Austin. 2. Runyan must include the reimbursements for groceries in gross income because they do not qualify as an exclusion. Also, he will only be able to deduct the reimbursements if he either “slept or rested away from home.” a. Because the facts do not state that he buys the groceries from LCDA and the groceries that he purchases are not for the convenience of his employer, the IRS would likely follow the decision in Tougher and determine that groceries
On 01/27/16, Lakirah told the reporter that she was whipped by her stepfather the night before and her mother before school today. According to the reporter, Mr. Bryant found a second cell phone Lakirah used to contact her biological father. The reporter stated Mr. Bryant told the child to pull her pants down and begin to beat her with a cow skin leather strap and his fist. The reporter stated Lakirah was hit in the eye with her stepfather’s fist and her left eye is swollen. Per the reporter, Lakirah tussled trying to get away from Mr. Bryant because it hurt and this is when he hit her with his fist.
Mr. Melvin Staggs and Othelia Salickram are both fragile and very thin. R/s Mrs. Staggs was shot about 5 years ago and has a gastrostomy bag. R/s Mr. Staggs passes out a lot. R/s Mrs. Salickram has a multitude of issues including back problems. R/s both Mr. Staggs and Mrs. Salickram have to take a lot of medication.
On 3/29/2016 I spoke with Leahanne Garcia at the operation. Leahanne stated she has been employed at the operation since May 2015 as a Teacher assistant. Leahanne stated on Wednesday (3/23) that the children had just woken up from nap and Andi was leading circle time, while she was moving the block center shelf back to its position. She stated the children had started to get up from the rug for center time when she heard Andi yelling "get up, get up" and was yanking Isiah up by his arm. Andi then started telling him "you will listen to me" while pointing a finger in his face.
I responded to Troy Regional Medical Center in reference to an assault call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Roseline Jackson in room 9. Jackson stated that her and her baby daddy got into a physical altercation around 13:00 on this date. Jackson stated that she was picking their son up from Bean mother house and that’s when Bean asked to borrow her car. Bean got mad because Jackson wouldn’t let him use it.
Gerald and Jennifer continued to argue with Deputy Sparks and Officer Reece. At this time I stepped into the doorway of Gerald's apartment door. Gerald got up and tried to enter his apartment. I put my arm in front of him and told him that he wasn't going back into his apartment.
