As I see it the american government should return the land they stole from the native american. Why? you ask...well because the native american have a believe that when they die in somewhere else that its not their land they dont go to the spirit world with their ancestors but if they die in their land they move forward. Secondly i believe they should get land is because at this moment native americans get about 7000 dollars a year and a average person makes about 50000. The average lifetime is only 50 years (in the rest of the US, the average is 78 years) for the native. In conclusion i believe that america should return the land they stole from the indians. Some might argue that america should give the native americans land.however this is not true because with land they cant fix there problems but with money like something “That involves investing in early childhood education, fixing the schools in those communities, being willing to work in terms of job creation and job training. Those are serious investments.” With these things being builded the dropout rate will decreases. Secondly “a national apology and providing a $20,000 reparations payment to every surviving internee.This maybe true but without land they can't do a lot of building . This is enough money for the native to start there life again and plus the 7k$ they make. Thirly I also think if native americans get money the could get help for their drinking problem and drug problem and then they won’t be such a high suicide rate for them.
