The internet in many countries is monitored and censored by the government to protect the citizens from online gambling sites and pornography. The censorship in China, however, is more noticeable than the other countries’ ones, because in China, most of the foreign websites such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and others are also blocked, to prevent the citizens ruining the Chinese government’s ideology.
