Quaiesha expressed wanting to return and spend more time with her family. Wilbur expressed things went well and he had no problems with Quaiesah while they were with the family. Wilbur expressed his concerns with summer school starting up and Quaiesha not taking it seriously.

Shonquasia stated that she some time find it difficult to make some decision due to fare of the end result. SC met with Ledeway, Cheryl (Grandmother/Legal Guardian), and his ABA Therapist at the East Center. Ledeway initially walked into the room and sat next to his Grandmother, however he quickly stood and walked around the room, touching everything in sight. SC asked the ABA Therapist if he brought things to keep Ledeway occupied. ABA Therapist went to his car twice to bring toys for Ledeway which he showed no interest in, ABA therapist left a container of soda on the table, the Grandmother sprung into action as Ledeway tried to drink the soda. Eventually the soda was thrown out and, Ledewey attempted to dig the soda out of the trash.
Shonquasia responded well to the intervention. Shonquasia stated, school work, being talk about in school, not having a true friend, ending relationship, peer pressure and bulling. Shonquasia stated, not being able to have a good relationship with her mother, being talked about in school, people not understanding her, not being able to keep friends, and wanting to quit school. Shonquasia stated that she does not get along well with her mom. Shonquasia stated that he mom do not understand her , Shonquasia stated, that she do not have any real friend and she spend most of her time in school alone.
Thursday, September 2nd, 2016 at approximately 10:21 a.m., I Detective L. Donegain obtained a DNA Search Warrant for Kenneth Shaw. I also obtained additional Warrants on Kenneth Shaw for Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Amos Shaw for Possession of Cocaine. The Possession of Firearm by Felon was for the 12guage Shotgun which was seized from Kenneth Shaw’s apartment on Southwood Drive. The Cocaine charge for Amos Shaw was for the cocaine seized from the driver’s side door of the vehicle that he drove to the Hospital on the night of the shooting.
Hi Solomon, In reading your post and the readings for this lesson, I share with you the frustration in realizing the obstacles that Native Americans have been, and still are, facing regarding the court cases. To understand something is so sacred to them, yet the courts don’t even make the effort to hear them out, is quite heartbreaking. Interesting note about the 2009 example you mentioned where the Supreme Court didn’t even hear the case proposed by the Navajo nation. It’s less than 10 years ago, and yet it seems something that could be from a long long time ago since we’ve evolved as a government society.

Marybell came to the appointment after a job interview in which she was approved to go through training and believes she has a good chance of getting the job. Marybell still filled out a referall for supported employment services and said she felt better knowing that she would have someone to help her if this job fell through. Marybell says everything seems to be on the positive and this is helping minimize the depression and anxiety symptoms and stablize her mood. Her affect in the appointment was upbeat and happy, much more engaged than previous appointments. The lessening of symptoms was also seen by her being able to get up early to get to job interview and other appointments when she had been oversleeping and also being able to ride public

For the Application of the Criminal Justice System project of the Criminal Justice course, I chose the arrest of John Burke. This case is about the arrest and sentencing of John Burke who had shot and killed Joseph Ronan. Twenty-five year old John Burke agreed to meet with 22 year old Joseph Ronan at Ronans home, in Reading, Massachusetts on Monday, August 15, 2011 around 1pm, with the intent of purchasing Percocet pills. (Boston.com, 2013) However, shortly after entering Ronans home, Burke opened fire (News, 2011), and after shooting Joseph Ronan several times, with the belief that Ronan was involved in a robbery at Burkes apartment in April 2011 (Boston.com, 2013), fled the home.
